DJ JESS is also a professional vocalist who understands how wonderful singing is for the soul. She encourages singers of any skill level to take part in beautiful, cathartic moments with song. Also karaoke parties for families has become popular and, as a mom herself, DJ JESS works great with kids making sure they're looked after and having a great time while the. parents catch a break :)

DJ JESS is a community musician and event organizer who has developed several local initiatives for musicians and DJs to collaborate and share their art. Some non-profit projects she founded in Kitchener-Waterloo include "Open Decks KW", an open mic for aspiring DJs and "Under the Bridge", an all-ages outdoor community dance featuring musicians and DJs of any musical background. DJ JESS's dedication to helping the community is evident as she continues to create unique events and inspire everyone around her.
